Living at The Cedars typically begins with a move into the Village.

Starting at age 60, couples and individuals may move onto our campus and enjoy the activities and maintenance-free living offered by The Cedars.

This community of 110 units, primarily duplexes, is designed to promote a sense of neighborhood. Homes range from 650 square feet, with convenient parking just steps from the front door, to 1250 square feet, with enclosed two-car garages.

Each unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, independent entrance, and NO steps or elevation changes. Our Wellness and Conference Center, where many activities are held, is just a short walk away.

If the size, layout, or location of your desired unit is not available when you are ready to move, residents have the option of occupying a different unit their desired unit to become available. At that time, the maintenance staff will move your items for you at no cost. Village residents may stay in their home as long as their health permits.
